How to save Microsoft files in PDF or XPS format

Click on the office button (Top left corner) and select save as menu from the list and then select PDF or XPS. Name the document and select PDF or XPS from the Save as type menu (Image 2).Hit publish.
And all done.

OR

Hit F12 on your keyboard.Name the document and select PDF or XPS from the Save as type menu.Hit publish.

PS- Using PDF format while giving an application or job resume looks more professional.
